A major drawback to both types of supplements is the likelihood of regaining weight once you stop using them. Therefore, if you decide to use them to assist in your weight loss it is key that you begin an exercise routine and change your meal plan to include healthier foods, such as lean meats and vegetables.

When you have established and successfully stuck with your new routine of eating healthy and exercising daily for a few months, you should stop taking the weight loss pills. At this point you should be able to keep the weight off without them.
