An attire that would fit your body appropriately and which is not too tight nor too loose will make you feel comfortable moving throughout the session. The shoes you will be wearing should be your fitting size.

Upon coming into your lessons, clearing out your mind is a necessary thing to do before you enter the studio. Leaving out all the unnecessary concerns and issues will help you keep yourself away from distractions and successfully make dancing as a stress reliever.
